- Technical Process Development: Build out technical processes such as build processes, which include Intune, MDT, or Mosyle, ensuring they are well-documented and shared with service delivery teams.
- Technical Communication: Confidently lead technical discussions with clients, internal teams, and third parties, providing expert guidance and ensuring clear communication.
- Recommendations and Reporting: Complete recommendations documents for handover to the Customer Engagement Manager (CEM) for future sales opportunities.
- Technical Expertise: Demonstrate a strong understanding of various platforms, including Windows, Google, Apple, O365, Group Policies, and more.
- Security and Risk Management: Ensure high-level expertise in firewalls and domain transfers, maintaining security and integrity across all technical projects.
- Project Risk Management: Identify and address project risks and issues proactively, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Technical Project Experience: Proven experience leading technical projects, ideally within a Managed Service Provider setting.
- Email and SharePoint Migration Expertise: Strong expertise in email and SharePoint migrations, with a track record of successful implementations.
- Cloud Solutions Knowledge: Solid understanding of Intune and Azure, enabling efficient device management and utilization of cloud solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts concisely.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to proactively identify and address project risks and issues.
