  • Supplier Due Diligence: Conduct comprehensive due diligence on potential suppliers, verifying their identity, legal status, ownership structure, and financial stability.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies during the supplier onboarding process to mitigate potential risks.
  • Procurement Best Practices: Continually assess and promote sustainable and responsible procurement practices.
  • Documentation Review: Review and validate supplier-provided documentation, such as business licenses, tax identification numbers, financial statements, and other relevant records.
  • Risk Assessment: Assess the risks associated with new suppliers based on the outcome of KYC assessments and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to determine appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
