The institution seeks dedicated personnel to assist its learners, specifically looking for an exceptional team member with experience or qualifications in supporting individuals with profound and multiple learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Aid in the creation and execution of Individual Education Plans, Behaviour Plans, Risk Assessments, and Personal Care and Therapy Care programs for assigned groups.
- Previous experience with Special Educational Needs (SEN) or a strong desire to work with children facing such challenges.
- Possess a solid understanding of SEN and a commitment to professional growth.
- Capable of managing challenging behaviours effectively.
- Availability to work on fixed schedules, whether full or part time.
- Hold a clear and valid DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
- Have relevant training to assist students with learning difficulties.
