About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Solar Technical Support Manager to join our team at The Workshop Careers. As a specialist in renewable energy solutions, our client is looking for an office-based professional to support their customers with technical issues and queries.

The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical or solar installations and be looking to transition to an office-based role or have a background in technical support and be eager to take on a new challenge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Electrical Installation Manager to resolve issues onsite and ensure the successful completion of installations for customers.
  • Provide technical support via phone, diagnosing issues and assisting customers with their queries.
  • Contribute to the management and administration of the CRM system.
  • Liaise with installers and customers to arrange installations and technical work.
  • Work closely with the technical support team to develop and grow technical support within the business.
  • Perform remote troubleshooting, accessing customer systems and liaising with partners to identify and resolve issues.
