Job Description:

Our client, a multinational automotive company, is seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Specialist to support the replacement of a UK-based application with a global solution. This is a highly visible role within their business, requiring a talented professional who can add value quickly.

The Business Transformation Specialist will be responsible for establishing a current 'as is' of the existing application and creating a gap analysis against the new solution. They will then be responsible for managing the differences between the old and new system to ensure functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the existing application and identify areas for improvement
  • Conduct a thorough gap analysis to determine the differences between the existing and new solutions
  • Manage the implementation of the new solution, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption to business operations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that the new solution meets the business requirements and expectations
  • Develop and implement a plan to migrate data from the existing application to the new solution

Requirements:

  • Hybrid Business Analyst and Project Management skillset
  • Experience in developing gap analysis
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in system migration
  • Knowledge of 'as is' and 'to be' requirements
  • Ideally experience in the automotive sector

What We Offer:

A competitive daily rate of £500 per day, paid on an Inside IR35 basis.
