At SRG, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and ensuring seamless order processing.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the incoming customer ordering process and requests for further information with speed and accuracy.
- Utilize HubSpot to support pipeline management, performance reporting, and to ensure all sales opportunities are maximised.
- Work closely with internal operations teams, including Sales, Finance, Shipping, and Quality, to ensure delivery of seamless order processing.
- Interpret and present HubSpot data to identify improvements in the sales process, KPI monitoring, and forecasting.
- Advanced MS Excel skills, including the ability to analyse and visualise data.
- Accustomed to creating productive sales reports from which to inform next stages of the sales and customer fulfilment process.
- Experience with CRM management and sales forecasting.
