Position: Registered Manager - Children's Care Facility

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily management of the children's care facility, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and maintaining a high quality of care.

  • Collaborate closely with external agencies and stakeholders to secure the best outcomes for the children and young people in our care.
  • Ensure the facility provides a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment tailored to meet the unique needs of each child.
  • Implement and uphold effective quality assurance systems to monitor and enhance service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or an equivalent qualification).
  • Demonstrated experience in a leadership capacity within a children's residential environment.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and standards applicable to children's care facilities.
  • A genuine passion for working with children and young people, coupled with a commitment to their welfare and development.
