Salary: £19 per hour (up to £43,400 per annum)

Hours: Full time or Part time (Days/Nights/Mixed)

• Deliver high-quality patient care and support to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control and health and safety policies.

Requirements:

• Valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK.
• Experience working in a care home or similar setting, with a strong understanding of dementia care and support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
