About the Role:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care and support to residents
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:

  • Valid NMC Pin and eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • Experience in a care home or similar setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
