At Orla Rose Associates, we are seeking a highly skilled Middle Office Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Operations department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial services.
Key Responsibilities:
- OTC / ETD Product Setup and Maintenance: You will be responsible for setting up and maintaining our OTC and ETD products, ensuring that all necessary documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Management of Daily Closing / Settlement Prices: You will work closely with our Finance team to manage daily closing and settlement prices, ensuring that all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Management of IM Setup: You will be responsible for setting up and maintaining our IM systems, ensuring that all necessary configurations are in place.
- Reporting of Market Data and Subsequent Invoice Validation & Approval: You will work closely with our Compliance team to report market data and validate and approve invoices.
- Stress Testing of Existing & New Processes: You will be responsible for stress testing our existing and new processes, ensuring that they are robust and efficient.
- Dealing with Ad Hoc Internal/External Client Requests: You will work closely with our Client Services team to deal with ad hoc internal and external client requests.
- Regular Review of FCA/Exchange Notices: You will be responsible for regularly reviewing FCA and Exchange notices, ensuring that our operations are compliant with all relevant regulations.
- Management of Daily Static Data Controls and Subsequent Investigation: You will work closely with our Compliance team to manage daily static data controls and investigate any discrepancies.
- Defining and Subsequently Implementing New Procedures and Controls: You will be responsible for defining and implementing new procedures and controls, ensuring that our operations are efficient and compliant.
- Management of Exchange Reporting Requirements: You will work closely with our Compliance team to manage exchange reporting requirements, ensuring that all necessary reports are submitted accurately and on time.
- Documenting and Reviewing Existing Procedures: You will be responsible for documenting and reviewing existing procedures, ensuring that they are up-to-date and compliant.
- Assisting with Client-Specific Queries: You will work closely with our Client Services team to assist with client-specific queries.
