Senior Product Marketing Manager

Kwalee is a leading game development and publishing company that creates engaging and innovative games for a global audience. We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our PC & Console publishing team in Leamington Spa.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute product marketing plans from signing to post-launch, ensuring revenue targets are met.
- Craft compelling digital store copy, product blogs, and other marketing content that resonates with our target audience.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, developers, partners, and stakeholders to drive successful game launches.
- Set KPIs and metrics to assess campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to maximize commercial performance.
- Collaborate with platform publishers and production teams for seamless game launches and ensure a smooth user experience.
- Contribute to due diligence and greenlight processes to ensure the commercial viability of our games.
- Mentor junior team members and support their growth and development within the company.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to refine our marketing approach and stay ahead of the curve.
- Present key insights and findings to management to drive informed decision-making and drive business growth.
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing or equivalent in the games industry.
- Strong decision-making abilities with a focus on timely, informed choices that drive business growth.
- Expertise in commercial strategy, including negotiation and market analysis to drive revenue growth.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Confident public speaker with experience presenting to varied audiences to drive engagement and inspire action.
- Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
