Job Title: Project Architect

About the Role:

Zesty Work is seeking an experienced Project Architect to join our team. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for leading projects from inception to completion, working closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project designs, ensuring they meet client requirements and industry standards.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members, providing regular project updates and progress reports.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to improve project outcomes.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their growth and development.

Requirements:

  • RIBA Part 3 - Post Graduate Diploma in Architectural Practice (or equivalent qualifications from other countries supported by a UK NARIC Statement of Comparability)
  • Current registration with the ARB as an Architect
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative design and graphic skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, AutoCAD, and Revit
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
