About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Snap Care. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to a young child with quadriplegic cerebral palsy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 2:1 care to the child during school hours, enabling and facilitating their learning and access to education
  • Support the child's daily needs, including personal care, medication, and nutrition
  • Implement therapy programs and activities in a fun and imaginative way
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team (MDT) to provide comprehensive care and support
  • Assist with daily routines, such as meal times, bath times, and sleep routines
Requirements
  • Early years childcare experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide support to colleagues
  • Willingness to receive training and development opportunities
