Product Development Manager

Lavandi Talent is seeking a skilled Product Development Manager to lead and manage multiple product development projects within the Beauty and Personal Care Industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage multiple product development projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and meeting all project specifications.
  • Oversee the documentation process for all stages of development, ensuring claims are substantiated and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Work together to align on costs, develop products and packaging to specifications, and meet critical project milestones.
  • Plan and conduct consumer research and product testing to validate new product development.
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and visual content to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Qualified to degree level in Chemistry, Materials Science, Biological Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in FMCG, Cosmetics, Nutrition, or Medical Device product development.
  • Strong organisational and project management abilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills, with a strong ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in writing and interpreting technical documents.
