We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Engineer to join our team at Advanced Resource Managers. As a key member of our Service Engineering team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers.
Main Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers to resolve technical service incidents and requests.
- Analyze and diagnose errors and faults to drive incidents to resolution.
- Collaborate with our engineering teams to manage new services, decommission services, and defect management.
- Deliver technical changes into live services.
- Work with the Product Management team to improve products based on customer feedback.
- Perform site acceptance testing.
Requirements
- Strong technical knowledge of public safety technologies.
- First and/or second line support experience in an enterprise/cloud-based environment.
- Experience with Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) systems.
- Incident management and problem resolution experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft operating platforms, including Azure.
- Microsoft SQL Server deployment and management experience.
- WAN/LAN hardware, configuration, and management experience.
- Microsoft certifications (MTA, MCSA) and experience with Juniper, Cisco, and Dell.
- Azure fundamentals (AZ900) and security compliance (SC900) certifications.
- Virtualization experience (ESXI, HyperV, Virtualisation).
- Experience with MS Server 2019/22, Redhat Linux, AD, and Group Policy Management.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes in a support environment.
- Telecommunications systems experience (telephony/Radio integration).
