**Job Summary**

ACS Performance is seeking a highly skilled Research and Development Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for driving innovation and product development.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Design and develop new products and technologies using Autocad Inventor CAD software.
  • Develop and administer project planning processes to ensure timely and budget-friendly project delivery, aligning with our company's global strategy.
  • Manage drawing office administration, including approval and control of R&D-related documentation within our QA system.
  • Collect and maintain accurate project information throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate the scheduling of internal and external resources to meet project milestones and deadlines.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, market developments, and regulatory changes affecting our products.
  • Conduct prototype testing (in-house and external) and document reports, incorporating test results into certification, literature, and labeling processes, in collaboration with our QA team.
  • Maintain and update our ERP system, focusing on BOMs, components, routings, configurations, and cutting sheets for existing and new products, ensuring data accuracy and attention to detail.

**Requirements**

  • Strong knowledge of product development and engineering principles.
  • Experience with project planning, management, and coordination.
  • Proficiency in Autocad Inventor CAD software and ERP system management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
