About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Communications and Content Executive to join our team. As a key member of our Communications team, you will play a lead role in planning, designing, and executing communications content across various channels.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement an overall editorial plan, ensuring that content is aligned with our global messaging and delivered to agreed schedules. You will work closely with regional and global teams to gather content and news stories, and collaborate with external suppliers to support content creation.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Designing and implementing an editorial plan to ensure content alignment and timely delivery.
  2. Collaborating with regional and global teams to gather content and news stories.
  3. Producing high-quality content that engages and educates our target audience.
  4. Experimenting with and evaluating content formats to optimize our messaging.
  5. Ensuring internal communication messages are consistent and aligned with external messaging.
  6. Monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of communications activity and channels.
  7. Engaging and managing external suppliers to support content creation.
  8. Supporting content development for ad-hoc project campaigns.
  9. Supporting planning and execution of events, both employee and customer, virtual and in-person.

We are looking for a talented individual with exceptional writing and editing skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to produce compelling content for a range of audiences. Experience in communications measurement and the ability to demonstrate campaign ROI are also essential.
