Job Title: Manager - Content and Socials

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Content and Social Media Specialist to join our team at AJN Consulting. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive content and social media strategy that drives engagement, growth, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a content calendar that aligns with our marketing goals and objectives
  • Create high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms, including text, images, and videos
  • Manage and maintain our social media presence across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track engagement and adjust content strategy accordingly
  • Collaborate with the video team and graphic design team to create audio-visual assets
  • Manage and track social media and content performance using analytics tools
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our content remains relevant and effective
Requirements:
  • Impeccable English language command – written and spoken
  • Ability to write engaging content and copy: Blog articles, podcast show notes, and social media posts
  • Social media planning and calendar management
  • Ability to stay on top of the entire multi-channel marketing effort and ensure timely delivery from all contributors and team members
  • Burning interest to stay on top of social media trends to guide growth and future strategy
  • Experience in organizing and tracking social media and content performance
