As a dedicated Customer Relations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of transparency, inclusivity, and leadership within our organization. Your contributions will directly influence our customer satisfaction metrics.


Your primary responsibility will be to deliver an exceptional complaints management service, ensuring that we meet high performance standards and maintain customer satisfaction.

By monitoring all complaint activities, you will proactively reach out to customers to understand their concerns, identify underlying issues, and resolve matters promptly.

In instances where a resolution cannot be achieved immediately, you will escalate complaints and diligently track their progress to ensure a satisfactory outcome.


As a trusted advisor to management, you will ensure that all complaints are addressed in a timely, professional, and consistent manner.

Additionally, you will maintain precise records of complaints and identify recurring issues to enhance our service offerings.


About The Candidate

To be considered for the role of Customer Relations Specialist, you should possess:

- Proven experience in managing customer service complaints.
- Strong numerical and literacy skills.
- Excellent communication and diplomatic abilities.
- A customer-centric approach and a collaborative spirit.
- Exceptional time management and prioritization skills.
- Ideally, experience in report creation and knowledge of performance monitoring and management.
