About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi Skilled Tradesperson to join our team of talented professionals. This role is field-based and requires a strong background in Plumbing or Carpentry.
Purpose of the Role:
- Provide high-quality fault fixing and maintenance services at multiple sites throughout our portfolio.
- Be included in our out-of-hours service, ensuring the safety of our customers at all times.
- Act as an ambassador for LiveWest, promoting our values and mission.
About the Candidate:
- Have a core trade in Plumbing or Carpentry, achieved through formal qualification or extensive experience.
- possess good general multi-skilled abilities.
- Have a good level of literacy and numeracy.
- Be highly competent and possess a positive, can-do attitude.
- Have exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to engage customers and communicate effectively and confidently.
- Ideal candidates will have experience working in customers' properties.
- Hold a full, valid UK driving license.
