Sanctuary Personnel Ltd, a leading recruitment agency with a strong reputation, is seeking an experienced Advanced Biomedical Scientist - Digital Lead to join their team on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Practice as an HCPC registered Biomedical Scientist and maintain registration.
  • Lead Digital Pathology in HCA Cellular Pathology department and provide support for Backlogs.
  • Carry out unsupervised routine and more complex investigations and analysis of tissue using specialised laboratory equipment.
  • Be responsible for delegated tasks involved in the day-to-day organisation and delivery of a clinical pathology service with high standards of patient care.
Requirements
  • Current HCPC Registration
  • Degree or equivalent in Biomedical Science
  • Recent UK experience
  • MSc desirable
  • Experience in a Histology lab
  • Experience working in Digital Pathology
  • Member of the Institute of Biomedical Sciences
