Cost Management Director

**Job Description**

Altura Search is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Cost Management Director to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven track record in cost management, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead the cost management service, overseeing a high volume of projects across various sectors, including retail, healthcare, education, public, and industrial.

* Develop and implement effective cost management strategies to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

* Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored cost management solutions.

* Manage a team of cost managers, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.

**Requirements:**

* Chartered or working towards surveyor from a consultancy setting with a BSc in Quantity Surveying or similar.

* Proven experience in cost management, with a strong understanding of industry best practices.

* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
