We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Cost Management Director to join our team at Altura Search. The successful candidate will have a strong background in cost management and leadership, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the cost management service, overseeing a high volume of projects across various sectors, including retail, healthcare, education, public, and industrial.
* Develop and implement cost management strategies to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.
* Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored cost management solutions.
* Manage a team of cost managers, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality results.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve cost management processes and procedures.
Requirements:

* Chartered or working towards surveyor from a consultancy setting with a BSc in Quantity Surveying or similar.
* Proven leadership skills and experience in cost management, preferably in a consultancy setting.
* Strong sector exposure, including retail, healthcare, education, public, or industrial.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Bonus: Up to £85,000 + Bonus
