Job Title: Health & Safety Quality Manager

CV Library is seeking a highly skilled Health & Safety Quality Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of Health and Safety and quality are maintained across all aspects of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective Health and Safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement measures to mitigate risks.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the manufacturing, design, and sales departments to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
  • Develop and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, manuals, and records.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 accreditation and implement improvements where necessary.
  • Provide training and support to employees on Health and Safety and quality procedures.
  • Monitor and report on Health and Safety and quality performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • IOSH/NEBOSH qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in Health and Safety and quality management.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
