Your Role: Key Contributions

As a Hospitality Support Staff member, you will be essential in creating memorable experiences for our guests. Your contributions will be central to our mission of delivering outstanding hospitality, regardless of your background or experience.

Your Duties

  • Delivering warm hospitality and exceptional customer service to all guests and members.
  • Assisting at reception and providing information about the hostel and local attractions, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and informed.
  • Utilizing our systems for efficient guest check-ins and check-outs, as well as food and beverage transactions.
  • Performing cleaning and housekeeping tasks to maintain a comfortable and tidy environment for all visitors.
  • Helping with food preparation in the kitchen and serving meals and drinks with genuine warmth and hospitality, encouraging guests to enjoy their dining experience.
