Your Role: Key Responsibilities

As a Hospitality Team Member, you will be essential in ensuring our guests have memorable experiences. Your contributions will be central to our mission of delivering outstanding hospitality, regardless of your background or experience.

Your Duties

  • Delivering warm hospitality and exceptional customer service to all visitors, members, and guests.
  • Assisting at reception and providing information about the hostel and local attractions, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and informed.
  • Utilizing our systems for efficient guest check-ins and check-outs, as well as food and beverage sales and service.
  • Performing cleaning and housekeeping tasks to maintain a comfortable and tidy environment for all guests.
  • Helping with food preparation in the kitchen and serving meals and drinks with genuine warmth and hospitality, encouraging guests to enjoy dinner with us or offering beverages and desserts during table service.
