Position: Special Educational Needs Teacher
Location: Tower Hamlets
Salary Range: £150-£230 based on experience and qualifications
Contract Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 8:30 am to 4:00 pm (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized and small group assistance to students with SEN.
  • Contribute to the creation and execution of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Work collaboratively with fellow educators and staff to foster an inclusive classroom atmosphere.
  • Support students in enhancing their social, emotional, and academic competencies.
  • Track and document student progress, offering constructive feedback to educators and families.
  • Assist in managing classroom dynamics and providing behavioral support.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working with children with SEN is highly preferred.
