Location: East London
Salary: £90 - £120 per day
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support educators in delivering customized lessons tailored to individual student requirements.
  • Provide focused assistance to students with special educational needs, either individually or in small groups.
  • Assist in the preparation and modification of educational resources.
  • Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to educators and families.
  • Help students with personal care and mobility needs when necessary.
  • Encourage a positive and inclusive atmosphere in the classroom.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Prior experience as a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant or in a related position.
  • Strong knowledge of special educational needs and effective strategies for supporting diverse learners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for facilitating student success.
  • Relevant qualifications or training in special educational needs are preferred.
