Temporary Receptionist Opportunity in The West End

RMS Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Receptionist to manage the front desk and its related tasks for a Property Development company in The West End.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage meeting rooms and calendars
  • Meet and greet guests and clients
  • Manage switchboard, phones, and emails
  • Perform various other administrative and office management tasks
Requirements:
  • Reception or FOH experience required
  • Experience overseeing a busy office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask

Salary: Up to £17 per hour DOE

Working Hours: 08:00 - 17:00, 5 days in the office

Location: West End
