About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Consultant to join our client, a leading charity in London, on an interim basis. As an EDI Consultant, you will play a critical role in driving organizational change and promoting a culture of inclusivity and diversity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small EDI team, providing coaching and upskilling to enhance their capabilities
  • Conduct a comprehensive EDI audit, identifying areas for improvement and developing recommendations for change
  • Implement a range of EDI initiatives, including employee network groups and diversity and inclusion training programs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders and employees
  • Design and deliver strategic programs that promote an inclusive culture and diverse workforce
  • Provide coaching and advice to senior leaders on EDI best practices and strategies for promoting a culture of inclusivity

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the private/commercial sector, with a focus on EDI
  • Experience leading organizational-wide EDI audits and implementing EDI initiatives
  • Strong understanding of EDI principles and practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a matrix organization
