Job Summary:
The successful candidate will support and enhance the psychological care of clients within our service, working closely with the Qualified Psychologist to deliver effective services that meet Cygnet's Healthcare objectives and national strategic guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the administration, scoring, and report writing of psychometric assessments and standardised risk assessments.
- Support the delivery of clinical interventions, including individual and group work.
- Contribute to the development and evaluation of services that meet user and carer needs and expectations.
- Participate in clinical supervision and additional training to support personal and professional development.
About the Role:
This is a full-time opportunity, working 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday. Cygnet Sedgley House and Lodge offers a 34-bed high dependency inpatient rehabilitation service for men with complex needs, as well as supporting 8 beds in our community step-down houses.
