As a key member of the LGC Assure team, you will drive the Certification Integrity strategy to ensure our organization remains a market leader in meeting the needs of global stakeholders. Your focus will be on risk management, delivery partner performance, and data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement systems to supervise delivery partner performance, ensuring audits are conducted with integrity and consistency.
  • Provide expertise and data to support stakeholder requests and requirements, both internal and external.
  • Lead the Certification Integrity team, setting objectives aligned with the BRCGS strategy.
  • Support business initiatives and improvements with certification integrity data.
  • Stay up-to-date with market intelligence and competitor analysis to inform Certification Integrity decisions.
Requirements
  • Leadership skills to influence and inspire change and improvement.
  • In-depth knowledge of the auditing sector and third-party certification.
  • Degree or equivalent experience in food or related bioscience.
  • Proven experience in Quality/Technical Management roles within certification, accreditation, or standards management.
  • High-level understanding of ISO 17065 and ISO 17021.
  • Practical experience of BRCGS or other GFSI recognized schemes.
  • Lead auditor experience and training, such as ISO 9001 or ISO 22000.
