Chief Operating Officer

Executive Integrity | B Corp® is seeking a seasoned Chief Operating Officer to lead our operations and drive business growth. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to optimize our operational processes, enhance customer experience, and drive efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency
  • Lead and manage the operational functions, including business development, project management, project design, O&M, and installations
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, streamlining processes, and optimizing performance metrics
  • Spearhead initiatives to enhance customer experience and satisfaction
  • Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior management and the board of directors
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks, safeguarding the company's reputation and assets
  • Coach and mentor team members, fostering professional and personal development
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated expertise in optimizing operational processes, implementing performance metrics, and driving efficiency for increased profitability and business growth
  • A keen understanding of commercial principles, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with a talent for identifying and solving problems proactively
  • A solid financial foundation, adept at managing budgets, forecasting performance, and ensuring financial health
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in IT skills and the ability to utilize a variety of communication tools and software
