Chief Operating Officer

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Totum Partners, the Chief Operating Officer's primary responsibilities are to direct and oversee the operation and financial management of the firm. The COO will join the Management Committee (MC) and as a member of the professional management team, advise and make recommendations to the MC on key operational decisions and then, in partnership with the CEO, lead and implement such decisions.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to develop and implement financial plans and budgets.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain a strong understanding of the Solicitor Accounting Rules environment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.


Requirements
  • A track record of success in leadership and management roles.
  • Strong business acumen and financial management skills.
  • Effective leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire confidence and action in teams and individuals.
