What We Seek:

  • You may currently be a Supervisor, Team Leader, or an outstanding front-of-house team member looking to step into management, with experience in restaurants, bars, cafes, or coffee shops.
  • Experience in a bar setting with a focus on serving freshly prepared food and beverages is essential.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and a natural flair for customer service.
  • Strong drive and determination to overcome challenges.
  • Excellent literacy and attention to detail to assist in KPI reporting.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to foster relationships and trust.
  • Self-motivated, able to work efficiently with minimal supervision while managing pressure and deadlines.
