Hospitality Assistant Role

Holroyd Howe is a leading contract caterer providing fresh, innovative food services to independent schools and colleges. We're seeking a skilled Hospitality Assistant to join our team.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, guests, and customers.
  • Monitor and serve food and drinks, ensuring a high-quality presentation.
  • Prepare hospitality food and beverage requests in designated meeting spaces.
  • Work independently and take initiative to complete tasks and duties.
  • Provide excellent customer service with speed, efficiency, and a smile.
  • Operate licensed bars serving alcoholic beverages.
  • Use coffee machines and assist with ordering and deliveries as required.
  • Prepare hospitality requirements, ensuring all items are available and reporting any issues to the line manager.
  • Count and pack away hired linen and equipment after events.
  • Leave hospitality rooms clean and tidy.


Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally.
  • Supportive team player with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Take the initiative and provide excellent customer service.
  • Work autonomously or within a team, adapting to different working conditions.
  • Have a positive attitude and be able to solve customer service-related problems.
  • Be flexible with a can-do attitude and customer-focused.
  • Enjoy succeeding as a team and have excellent organization skills.
  • Demonstrate great attention to detail and possess great customer service skills.
  • Have a flexible approach to work and be a team player.
