We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Media Administrator to join our team at Raytheon Technologies. As a Media Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the Integrated Training Design Service to deliver high-quality learning experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all media tasks assigned to you, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the Media team to produce engaging and interactive media content, following established production processes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers with media-related inquiries and requests.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.
  • Coordinate media production, including booking work requests, ordering materials, and tracking progress.
  • Maintain accurate records and track media status for all ongoing work requests.
  • Support the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Administer media meetings, including organizing design review meetings, taking minutes, and distributing action items.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive training transformation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve media content and processes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role, with a focus on attention to detail and quality.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
