Elysium Healthcare is seeking an experienced and skilled Ward Manager to lead our Mental Health team at Brighton and Hove Clinic. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to young people with eating disorders and mental health issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the nursing team to deliver excellent patient care and support
- Develop and implement effective care plans to promote recovery and well-being
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
