Position Overview:
As a Mobile Senior Care Practitioner, you will be responsible for maintaining exceptional care standards across various services. Your duties will include:

  • Preparing and overseeing residents' care plans.
  • Ensuring that care plans are executed effectively within the facilities.
  • Directly implementing individual care plans when necessary.

What We Offer:
- Permanent contract with full-time hours, including both day and night shifts.
