Endoscopy Practitioner Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Endoscopy Practitioner to join our team at a leading hospital in Glasgow. This full-time, permanent role offers a salary up to £37,125 and is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills within a world-renowned healthcare provider.

About the Role

As an Endoscopy Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing quality planned care across the endoscopy patient pathway. You will support and assist the Endoscopy Practitioner Lead in managing and organising care within the endoscopy unit, delivering quality care for patients undergoing endoscopic procedures, and participating in the improvement of Essential Quality Requirements and Best Practice standards.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration, have competence and qualifications in Endoscopy Care and Decontamination, and have completed an Operators Course in Endoscopy Decontamination. You will also need to have knowledge of standards and external bodies like CQC, GRS, JAG, HTM 01-06.

If you have experience in roles such as Endoscopy Nurse, Gastroenterology Practitioner, Surgical Nurse, Clinical Nurse Specialist, or Theatre Practitioner, you may find this role to be a great fit.
