THE PIG is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Chef de Partie to join our award-winning team. As a Senior Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in leading our kitchen team and contributing to the creation of our innovative menus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee one of our four kitchen sections, driving excellence in food quality and presentation.
- Collaborate with our culinary team to develop new menu ideas and concepts.
- Lead and mentor our apprentices, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their careers.
- Work closely with our suppliers to source the freshest, highest-quality ingredients for our menus.
