Job Summary

We're looking for a confident and skilled Sous Chef to assist our Senior Sous Chef and Head Chef in managing the kitchen, developing new menu ideas, and ensuring the highest standards of health and safety. As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, share your knowledge with junior chefs, and contribute to the success of our award-winning apprenticeship program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Senior Sous Chef and Head Chef in the running of the kitchen
  • Develop new menu ideas and contribute to menu planning
  • Manage health and safety, ordering, and rotas
  • Lead, teach, and inspire junior chefs as part of our apprenticeship program
