About the Role

nGeneration is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Field Service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide timely and accurate communication to customers, resolving their IT issues and escalating them to our field service engineers as needed.
  • Scheduling and Logistics: Manage the scheduling and logistics of a fleet of Field Service Engineers, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Conflict Resolution: Quickly resolve scheduling and SLA conflicts, ensuring minimal disruption to our customers.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to customers, including troubleshooting and resolving IT issues.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Field Service Engineers and other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Google Maps, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Organisational Skills: Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Conflict Resolution Skills: Ability to quickly resolve conflicts and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Geographical Knowledge: Understanding of UK geography.
