Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide timely and accurate communication to customers, resolving their IT issues and escalating them to our field service engineers as needed.
- Scheduling and Logistics: Manage the scheduling and logistics of a fleet of Field Service Engineers, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Conflict Resolution: Quickly resolve scheduling and SLA conflicts, ensuring minimal disruption to our customers.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support to customers, including troubleshooting and resolving IT issues.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Field Service Engineers and other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Google Maps, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate accurately and in a timely manner.
- Organisational Skills: Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
