nGeneration is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Field Service Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and resolve IT issues or escalate them to our field service engineers, keeping customers updated every step of the way.
  • Utilize software such as Google Maps, Word, Outlook, and Excel to manage logistics and scheduling.
  • Provide excellent customer service skills, communicating accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Work in a pressurized environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Resolve scheduling and SLA conflicts quickly and efficiently.
  • Communicate professionally with peers, both verbally and in writing.
  • Work autonomously, prioritizing workload and acting on own initiative.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with software such as Google Maps, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Excellent customer service skills, alongside the ability to communicate accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Organizational abilities, along with experience of working in a pressurized environment.
  • Ability to quickly resolve any scheduling and SLA conflicts.
  • Professionalism to communicate in a polite and professional manner with peers.
  • Ability to work autonomously, prioritizing own workload and acting on own initiative.
