About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Employability Skills Tutor to join our team at Get Set UK. As an Employability Skills Tutor, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed in their careers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver accredited Employability and Customer Service courses that meet the needs of our learners.
  • Provide individual support to learners, identifying and addressing their learning needs and developing tailored plans to help them achieve their goals.
  • Work closely with employers to understand their needs and develop training programs that meet those needs.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve course content and delivery methods to ensure they are effective and engaging.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and develop new ideas for course design and delivery.
Requirements
  • Qualified Tutor with a recognized qualification in teaching or training.
  • Proven experience in delivering accredited Employability and Customer Service courses.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with learners, employers, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work and a willingness to travel to different locations.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of best practices in employability training and a commitment to continuous professional development.
