Business Director Opportunity at 50 Sport

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Director to join our team at 50 Sport, a leading creative and social media agency specialising in sponsorship and sport.

About the Role

The Business Director will be responsible for leading key client relationships, driving excellence across all client activity, and partnering with our strategy, editorial, and creative departments to deliver world-class editorially led social content and integrated creative.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for sport and creativity, with a proven track record of building strong client relationships at a senior level and contributing to growing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead key client relationships and drive excellence across all client activity
  2. Partner with strategy, editorial, and creative departments to deliver world-class content
  3. Manage and develop a team of Account Directors, Account Managers, and Account Executives
  4. Support the management of the department through leading by example and setting high standards

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment, with a breadth of channel experience and the ability to turn their hand to everything from social-first content to brand-building advertising.
