We are seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to work as Teaching Assistants in our schools, supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties and other challenging behaviours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to students with SEMH difficulties, helping them to overcome behavioral challenges and achieve academic success.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective strategies for managing challenging behaviors.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting social and emotional well-being among students.

Requirements:

  • Recent experience working with children with SEMH difficulties or managing challenging behaviors in group settings and one-on-one.
  • Clear Enhanced DBS (Child Workforce/Child and Adult Workforce) registered to the Update Service.
