Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Childcare Room Supervisor to enhance our team and ensure the well-being and development of every child in our care.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Implement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework into planning engaging activities.
2. Maintain oversight of the room at all times during operational hours, promptly communicating any concerns to the Nursery Manager.
3. Foster strong relationships with team members, children, and parents/carers to create a supportive environment.

Child Development:
4. Recognize the significance of assessment and ensure all children undergo the required progress checks.
5. Keep detailed records of key children's development and learning journeys, sharing insights with parents, carers, and other professionals.

Team Engagement:
6. Participate in out-of-hours activities, including training sessions and staff meetings.
