We are Early Buds a group of nurseries in Walthamstow, working closely together to embed our vision and ethos, creating environments for children to learn and grow naturally into the world around us.

Our nurseries are located at the heart Walthamstow, within walking distance of Victoria underground line, Walthamstow Central Overground, as well as a number of key bus routes that connect north east London.

We have an exciting opportunity for Pre-School Room Leader of our **newest **site, purpose built inside of a beautiful local primary school. We welcome you to join our family, bringing in new ideas and experiences to enrich a thriving early years provision and lead a team of 5 dedicated Early Years Educators.

**What we expect from our Early Years Leader**:

- A level 3 or higher Early Years Childcare qualification
- Good understanding of the latest EYFS framework
- At least 1 years experience of leading, managing and inspiring a team of Early Years Practitioners
- Experience of in the moment, as well as, long term planning
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisation skills to manage own workload

Pay: £30,056.00 per year

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Queens Road Walthamstow: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Nursery Leadership: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- NVQ Level 3 or higher qualification in childcare (required)
