About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contact Centre Supervisor to join our team at Vistry Group. As a Contact Centre Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our contact centre, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure they are meeting performance targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of customer service representatives.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports to track customer interactions and service delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a contact centre or customer service role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
